Astha’s
manufacturing facility mainly comprises of in-house workshops,
as well as sub-contractors who are essentially dedicated
to and supported by the “ASTHA ORGANIZATION”.
Spread over an area of 10,500 Sq meters, these manufacturing
facilities have a total built-up floor space of over 4,500
sq meters. This includes the Machine-tools Units, the
Fabrication & Sheet Metal Units, Design and Development
units and huge spacious Assembly and Trial facilities.
The workshops house a full variety of Machine tools and
Fabrication & Sheet metal equipment, which include,
Welding Plants, Cutting and Bending Presses, Rolling Press,
Vertical and Horizontal Boring Machines, Drilling Machines,
Milling Machines, Lathes, Dynamic Balancers, etc. to deal
with the specialized and heavy-duty machining, fabrication
and sheet-metal jobs.
We also have Gantry Crane - Monorail facilities for easy
loading / unloading and transportation of heavy materials,
components and finished machinery.
With the support of skilled and semiskilled workers,
welders, fabricators and sheet-metal contractors, who
have the competence in working with varieties of materials
and components including castings, special alloys, stainless
steel, spring steel, carbon strips, electrical motors,
heat-exchangers, ventilation systems, conveyor systems,
control panels, etc., these workshops are managed by multi-skilled
and experienced personnel including production engineers
who are dedicated to the manufacture of our specialized
components leading up-to the manufacturing of a wide range
of machines and to the reconditioning / repairs of old
machines.
