Supplied for opening of Wet Fiber (Cotton, Melange, Viscose, Polyester, etc.) has main frames of study Cast Iron/ Mild Steel, which are connected together by cross supports of Steel. This frame takes up the conveyor as well as the central spiked cylinder.The conveyor, fabricated of small M.S strips, is made in continous lattice form and the HYDRO EXTRACTED FIBRE, to be opened is fed on this lattice either by hand or from a conveyor.

The Main Cylinder as well as the feed rollers are provided with Specially designed spikes-toothed integral rollers-so as to open out the lumps of wet fibre without breaking or damaging the fibre.

Drive is from an individual motor 3 HP A.C. and necessary starter is also provided.
