Is supplied for Drying Hanks of Woolen Yarn/ Cotton Yarn/ Jute Yarn, etc. and Synthetic Fiber. The reduced steam and energy consumption together with low labour costs are the premium advantages of this machine. The Hydro-Extracted material travels on the specially designed carriers into the pre-Heating zone where the initial drying starts. The evaporation is higher in this area and good amount of air is exhausted out from this area.

The pre-Heating zone is provided with high powered propeller fan and heat exchangers of adequate capacity. Depending upon the size of the size of the machine for various capacity requirements,number of sets propeller fans and Heat Exchangers are provided. Motorized exhaust is also provided on request. A conditioning section is also provided if required by the customer.The Hank carrier rotates intermittently in its axis and are counter balanced. The machine is provided with suitable double wall insulating panel to avoid heat loss and the total H.P. required is just 15 H.P.
